Twelve years of doing the job properly

Dave Richardson started South London Plumbing & Heating twelve years ago with a van, a set of tools and a simple rule: turn up when you say you will, do the job properly, and leave the place clean. That approach built a reputation across Croydon and the surrounding boroughs: Brixton, Dulwich, Streatham, Clapham, almost entirely through word of mouth and repeat customers. The team has grown to four Gas Safe registered engineers, each with their own specialisms. The business holds Worcester Bosch accredited installer status, meaning customers get extended manufacturer warranties of up to 12 years on new boiler installations. Over 3,000 jobs completed and a 4.8-star Google rating from more than 200 reviews tell the story better than any sales pitch. Emergency work is a big part of what the team does. There is always someone on call, and the aim is to be on-site within the hour. But the bulk of the work is planned installations, bathroom refits and heating upgrades for homeowners who want the job done right first time, at a fair price, by people they can get hold of if something needs adjusting later.
